We manage the end-to-end clearing of official documents through the relevant government departments and authorities in Dubai. Our team ensures every step of the process is handled correctly and efficiently, reducing delays and eliminating the need for our clients to navigate government procedures themselves.
Document Clearing Services is a commercial activity that allows a company to act as a facilitator on behalf of individuals, corporates, and other businesses to complete documentation, attestation, translation, and submission formalities with various UAE Government, Semi-Government, and Foreign Diplomatic Missions inside and outside UAE. As per Dubai DET rules, this license holder cannot act as a legal advisor or law firm. Its role is administrative - to process, clear, and follow up documents.
A. GOVERNMENT TRANSACTIONS CLEARING (via authorised centre like Tasheel, Amer, DED):
Trade License Services: Name Reservation, Initial Approval, Issuance, Renewal, Amendment, Cancellation Ejari Registration & Renewal through DLD Establishment Card / Immigration Card, Issuance & Renewal (GDRFA)Labour Card & Work Permit Processing through MOHRE / Tasheel, Chamber of Commerce Certificate of Origin & Attestation Municipality Approvals, Civil Defense, NOC Follow-up RTA Vehicle & Driving License Documentation Support. Final Approval is sole
discretion of DET.
B. IMMIGRATION & VISA DOCUMENT CLEARING (As Facilitator):
We provide the services by submission of Client’s documents through systems of licensed AMER Centre / ICP Centre. The Client should collect, check, type, and submit Employment Visa, Family, Visa, Investor Visa Documentation Emirates ID & Medical Typing Support Status Change & Visa, Cancellation Applications Overstay Fine & Absconding File Clearance Follow-up. Final Approval is sole discretion of GDRFA/ICP - Dubai Law.
C. DOCUMENTS ATTESTATION & LEGALIZATION SERVICES (As Facilitator and submission of client documents):
As per UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) Rules:
Step 1 - Notary Public notary: Dubai Courts Notary, Private Notary Power of Attorney (General / Special / Property), Memorandum of Association (MOA), Board Resolutions True Copy, Attestation Affidavits, Declarations.
Step 2 - MOFAIC Attestation: Ministry of Foreign Affairs & International Cooperation, UAE Mandatory for all documents to be valid inside UAE or abroad Governed by Federal Law.
Step 3 - Embassy/Consulate Attestation:
Follow-up with Foreign Embassies in UAE & UAE Embassies abroad. We facilitate attestation of: Educational Certificates: Degree, Diploma, Transcript Personal Certificates: Birth, Marriage, Divorce, Death, Police Clearance Corporate Documents: Trade License, MOA, Invoice, Certificate of Origin.
D. LEGAL TRANSLATION CLEARING:
Facilitating translations through MOJ Approved Legal Translators only. Only licensed legal translators' translation is accepted by courts and government.
E. OTHER DOCUMENT CLEARING:
Medical Report Attestation for Visa (MOH/DHA Approved)Bank Statement & Financial Document Attestation Support, Insurance Document Processing.
