Document Verification & Follow-up Services is a specialized commercial activity that authorizes a company to act as a legal liaison agent on behalf of clients to verify the authenticity of documents and certificates from issuing authorities inside and outside UAE, and to follow up the verification process with primary sources, universities, embassies, and government departments to confirm genuineness for official use in UAE.
A. PRIMARY VERIFICATION - Primary Source Verification (PSV):
Follow-up for Degree, Diploma, Mark Sheets, Verify from University / College whether student actually studied, roll number exists, Liaison with the official verification companies authorized by UAE Government Verification for Employment Visa (MOHRE requires degree verification for certain professions: Engineer, Teacher, Doctor, Accountant), Verification for Golden Visa (10-year visa requires verified degree).
Process we follow (Legal Process):
Client gives us a Degree + Consent Letter. The Client MUST have signed consent to submit the documents for verification. We submit the documents to Official verification companies authorised by UAE Government. We follow up with Official verification companies authorised by UAE Government.
B. MOFAIC DOCUMENT VERIFICATION (As per Ministry of Foreign Affairs Rules):
Verification of MOFA Stamp: We confirm with MOFA as to attestation on document is genuine via MOFAIC portal.
Embassy Verification Follow-up: Verify if embassy stamp is genuine by contacting embassy. QR Code Verification: New UAE MOFA certificates have QR - You verify via MOFAIC App
C. PERSONAL DOCUMENT VERIFICATION:
Birth / Marriage Certificate Verification: Verify from Home Country Municipality / Issuing Authority, Police Clearance Certificate Verification: Verify from Police Department via embassy Bank, Statement Verification (With Client Consent): Contact bank to verify if statement is genuine - Required for Investor Visa, Employment Certificate Verification: Verify previous employment for MOHRE.
D. CORPORATE DOCUMENT VERIFICATION:
Trade License Verification: Verify via DED / DET portal if license is genuine MOA Verification: Verify from Notary / DED Certificate of Origin Verification: Verify from Chamber of Commerce; Invoice Verification for Customs.
E. BACKGROUND CHECK & COMPANY VERIFICATION SUPPORT:
Company Verification for B2B deals - Check if company exists in DED / Free Zone registry. We cannot issue Verification Certificate as we are only facilitator, not issuing authority. Only UAE Government approved can issue the verification certificate. We provide services for submission of Client documents with consent letter and then follow-up.
